Anastasia Clark is a solutions-oriented consultant showcasing over 25 years’ experience implementing complex applications and technical solutions for industry leaders. As a seasoned Program Manger Anastasia is passionate about providing effective leadership in fast paced, deadline driven environments by leading and motivating teams through communication and cross-collaboration.
As an independent consultant she has managed numerous conversions through acquisitions and mergers. This includes leading development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from scope definition to delivery and support. Anastasia has significant experience in bank mergers including a 14 billion integration of the equipment leasing and asset based lending group that is now rank #5 in the US.
As the Program Manager for The InterContinental hotels Group Anastasia managed the Priority Club Rewards Rebranding Project. The rebrand included InterContinental, Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, and Crown Plaza. The brand Priority Rewards is responsible for booking and reservations for its 35 million members worldwide totaling $1.4bn. The rebranding project attributed to a 17% revenue revenue.
At the Weather Channel Anastasia excelled as the point contact for all mobile platforms including iOS and Android. As the Program Manager the team design and launch the state of the art Weather Channel Mobile App for iOS (iPhones and iPads). The free iPhone app was rank #2 and won best app of the year with a total of over 55 million downloads.
Anastasia has also managed and implemented POS applications and hardware to retailers across the US. This includes the Self-Service check out rollout for Walmart and Safeway. Other clients include Exxon Mobile, Starbucks, Meijer’s, Cardinal Health, Sprint, and Kaiser.
Anastasia is also focus and promoting diversity to amplify the voices of others through inclusion and by leading by example. Anastasia continues to work as an independent consultant through execution management and delivery of ROI through problem-solving, swift execution, and a superior level of accountability.
